Serving our communities, Above and Beyond
Our Missions: Emergency Services, Aerospace Education, and Cadet Programs.

In its Air Force auxiliary role, Civil Air Patrol performs 90% of the inland search and rescue missions tasked by the Air Frce Rescue Coordination Center. Our volunteers perform homeland security, disaster relief, and counter-drug missions at the request of federal, state, and local agencies. Members also play a leading role in aerospace education and serve as mentors to more than 26,000 young people currently paricipating in Civil Air Patrol cadet programs. Civil Air Patrol has been performing missions for America for over 70 years.
Our squadron was chartered in 1985. We have about 50 members, about half of which are cadets. We have a Cessna 172 aircraft hangered at the Stevens Point Airport, experienced aircrews, and a ground team. We seek new members with a broad range of interests and skills, such as communication, finance, medical, logistics, and more.
